At this moment, I'm in the gym and should be working shoulders, abs and then doing cardio.

I just don't. And right now it's so hard to get motivated. I've been overdoing caffeine during the day for the past two weeks at work and feel SO drained...SO hungry....SO chubby and SO tired :(.
By the time I get to the gym, my mind and my body just wants to stop. I think I need a few days off.
